Just wondering if anyone might care to give an opinion on my adrenal saliva results.
I've had several tests done over the past few years, but as I experienced problems initially when I switched to NDT in October 2016, I took some supplements for adrenal fatigue, but had a test done mid 2017 and added in more supplements.
Decided to do another test just a couple of weeks ago and it looks as though things have improved, so wondering if I might be able to let go of some of the supplements as it's quite expensive to keep them going!
Here's the results:-

Supplements I've been taking
Through part of last year I was using bio identical progesterone cream twice a day but stopped this at Christmas 2017 as I felt I had some symptoms which indicated I may not need it anymore.
Magnesium 120mg x 2 daily
Vitamin C 1000mg x 1 daily
Selenium 200mcg x 1 daily
Zinc 45mg x 1 daily
Vitamin B5 can't remember dose
Vitamin B6 can't remember dose
Ashwagandha 340mg x 2 daily
Any thoughts.
I don't have a DHEA recent result, but in a previous year it was low, but I'm 63 years old, post menopausal, so would expect a low result. I've tried taking DHEA tablets and couldn't tolerate them. Was introduced to DHEA cream by a private doctor (at great expense) but it was at a time when I'd been in hospital with a cardiac 'event' and was put on 2 blood thinners. Can't use DHEA if you're taking blood thinners, so I didn't ever use it. By the time I came off 1 blood thinner the DHEA cream was out of date!
Many thanks
