Antibiotics and vitamins and levothyroxine (Hashimoto sufferer)

Hi I have been diagnosed with cellulitis of my ear and prescribed the antibiotic Clarithromycin twice a day for a week.

I don't think I've had antibiotics since I started taking Levo for Hashimoto's, so I wondered:

A) how far apart from Levo should I take the antibiotic?

B) will the antibiotic interfere with my thyroid levels?

C) I am taking b complex vitamins, 5g of vitamin C (since the infection started), zinc, selenium, omega 3, vitamin e and probiotics. Can I still take all these with the antibiotic?

I asked the GP and pharmacist the same questions and they were clueless, so thought if anyone knows, it will be on this site! 😊🙏

Ps. Am also taking vitamin d, magnesium and vit K.
