It's Vit K2-MK7 we need when taking D3. Because taking D3 aids absorption of calcium from food, we need to ensure the calcium is sent to bones and teeth where it is needed, rather than being deposited in arteries and soft tissues. K2-MK7 sends calcium to the correct place.
And we need magnesium because it helps our bodies use D3.
You only need calcium if you know you are deficient, so testing would need to be done.
Zinc you could test, it needs to be half way through range, and it needs to be balanced with copper, so again test.
As K2-MK7 is fat soluble, like D3 it should be taken with some fat. I like to take a softgel and I use this one because it contains just the K2-MK7 and extra virgin olive oil
As it's a US brand it's not as easily sourced here in the UK as some others, but that is the cheapest I've found and that size bottle is the best value.
I wouldn't take zinc without testing, and boron isn't necessarily essential - maybe if you have worries about bone health.
