Crazy high saliva cortisol results
I just got my saliva cortisol test results, and I'm surprised to say the least....I was expecting to see low cortisol, as last time I was tested I was super low (admittedly that was 3 years ago!) But I am well above the range at all 4 times! I'm off the top of the chart for the 2 morning readings. Could

So after a long journey not managing the brands of t3 I am waiting for my nhs script to come in for Thybon 20 Henning. I’ve thought that battle. :) I’ve been taking 175mcg Levo Teva for 2 months now as it’s taking ages to get the script. I’ve my current bloods taken and I’d appreciate what dose people

Dairy-heavy diet linked to prostate cancer risk... Continued
Came across this Australian review of the study [1]. Extract: "Perhaps the review’s most surprising omission is mention of the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) Continuous Update Project report on prostate cancer. This rigorous global analysis of the scientific literature identified much stronger risk

HELP PLEASE I FEEL VERY BAD
Today I started taking zinc, hematinnic (multivitamin iron) magnesium complex, zinc and omega three supplements, the pharmacist said they wouldn’t interact at all, and told me to swallow zoloft with the magnesium tablet dissolved in water. I took a zinc tablet, and not even seconds later, I got hot searing

Doing the happy dance - BUT .....
So last October after a routine blood test I was told I had CKD. ( 51 eGFR) I never heard of this disease before - in fact, I was shocked as I always thought of myself quite healthy - I eat what I would consider mostly a healthy diet and worked out 5 days a week. I was still overweight ( have been most

Daily vitamin supplement?
Hi All, Have any of your specialists recommended a daily multi-vitamin? Adult or child dose? Any specific aspects of vitamins/minerals like zinc? B vitamins? Any direction on this would be helpful. Cheers, Canada Liz

Hair loss and what tests to do
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s and have started taking levothyroxine, increased a few weeks ago to 75mcg. I suspect I need an increase as feel worse after feeling like I had a little more energy again, but guess I need to wait and test bloods before this happens. I already had dry, fragile hair that was snapping

Copper/zinc and the Thyroid
On a recent medichecks test it's transpired that my zinc levels are ABOVE range: 19.76umol/L (range 10.7 - 17.5) This is the first time I have ever had my Zinc levels checked so no way of knowing how long this has been the case but it's very odd since I do not supplement with zinc at all and from what

Proxeed vs Superdrugs male fertility supplements
So reading about proxeed made me wonder if my OH is on the best supplement. Made me question should he be on proxeed instead. He's currently on superdrugs male fertility sachets. I'm finding it hard to gauge which offers best vitamins and minerals. Proxxed ingredients are per sachet. Superdrugs are

Penis Bathmate Pump Injury! help
Hey! I've bought Bathmate X30 and did some exercises, but with too much power because I made myself a huge injury. I was doing it together with Jelqing and Stretching, so it was like - jelq - bathmate (15 minutes) and stretching. We have now October 2019 and I was using it at the beginning of 2018. Okay

TSH still above 3....
Well having tried just about all the alternative approaches available to man, I feel I have addressed most/all of my nutritional deficiencies and yet TSH has not moved a jot in the past 12 months. I feel pretty well now, super low HR is back up to a higher level, constant sense of cold gone, stomach
