I've been reading a bit about diet/supplements for endo and wondered if anyone here has tried any of these..?

I was told to take-

Vitamin e

Magnesium

Ginger root

B6

B6 is meant to help balance hormones

B6 has helped slightly but ginger is a God send for sickness!

I have a multi vitamin, evening primrose oil, with vitamin B6 and tumeric. I feel like it has worked but I also watch what I eat too

I havent had any vitamins always wonder which would be best i would be looking for possibly vit d as dont get outside mich and something for energy levels but not sure what to take for that.
