Sleep disturbance
I have been having disturbed sleep. I have noticed that, on the two occasions this month when I have been away, it was better. When away, I didn’t take my supplements with me on both occasions. However, I did take my T4 and T3 with me obviously, as I wouldn’t miss those. I take zinc, selenium and floradix

In Pursuit Of Restful Sleep And Help For Nocturia
One topic that seems to come up regularly on this forum is the issue of poor sleep or insomnia and it seems very common in PWP so I thought I would try another experiment to see if I could improve on my current sleep regimen and if I could, I wanted to share that information here on the forum. On that

T3 / weight gain
Hi everyone I currently take T3 75mcg in one single dose. I have under active thyroid / hashimotos. My biggest symptom is weight gain. I have put quite a bit of weight on this last year which has caused me to become type 2 diabetic again. I have had some bloods taken & got the results. Please note

"All is normal", so they say in the medical profession....
Hi everyone on this site, I'd like to introduce myself and ask for your opinion. I'v had Type1 Diabetes over 40 years now and Graves diagnosis in 2006 (in remission after 18 months treatment with Carbimazole), so I was told that I must have predisposition to other autoimmune conditions and I should look

Are these spots familiar to anybody? Pics attached
Hi all, not really sure where to go with this. But I want to start by saying this is not a rash, allergic reaction of anything to do with allergies. I've asked elsewhere - until I can see my doctor - and all I got was answers about rashes and allergic reactions to bloody zinc. I'm awaiting a delivery

selenium- where do we stand?
So I’m curious if anyone has had any success with selenium? I met with my EP cardiologist on Thursday and I have also had numerous conversations with my Endo and we are trying to figure out my next steps. My body doesn’t appear to like Levothyroxine. The hormone aggravates my arrhythmia, I’ve had runs

Copper and Copper Proteins in Parkinson’s Disease
📍The role of copper in Parkinson’s disease is controversial, as some evidence points to a need for increased copper levels, while other results show the opposite. There have been some attempts made to clarify the roles of the two pathways, which will be discussed below. https://www.hindawi.com/journals

Hello folks, Happy weekend and good morning. On 25 mcg for first 4 weeks and now 50 mcg for the past two weeks (I will have a full Thyroid panel in another 4 weeks, plus Vit.D, B12, Folate & Ferritin). I'm feeling far worse now (more hypo) than before Levo in terms of fatigue, headaches on one side

Magnesium is a life saver for me! Reduced OCD!
Hi all! I've been dealing with OCD for quite a long time, almost nothing helped me to really reduce it, but several months ago I read from one reddit useu that magnesium helped him a lot with OCD. After a ton of research I found out that magnesium is actually NMDA antagonist, it's basically functioning

Low Magnesium and Zinc Levels
My magnesium level is .72 (7 - 1) and zinc is 11.2 (11.5 - 20). I supplement with magnesium citrate in evening and magnesium malate in the morning and zinc picolinate each day as they were at these levels when I had a heart attack back in 2014. I am suffering from aches and pains, weakness, muscle
