I have been having disturbed sleep. I have noticed that, on the two occasions this month when I have been away, it was better. When away, I didn’t take my supplements with me on both occasions. However, I did take my T4 and T3 with me obviously, as I wouldn’t miss those.
I take zinc, selenium and floradix. I cannot believe they would affect sleep, but it seems odd.
Any advice appreciated!
