Are these spots familiar to anybody? Pics attached

Hi all, not really sure where to go with this.

But I want to start by saying this is not a rash, allergic reaction of anything to do with allergies. I've asked elsewhere - until I can see my doctor - and all I got was answers about rashes and allergic reactions to bloody zinc.

I'm awaiting a delivery of B12 ampoules and have my auto-injector but the symptom that finally pushed me over the edge was an awful tingling/pins and needles sensation in my hands and feet. It often extends to my arms, thighs and back too.

The sensations occur when I am 1. Over exerting myself (which can be even light exercise, for me), 2. I'm stressed, 3. I laugh too hard.

So it's basically a reaction to my body overheating or heating up, a neurological response, is my best guess.

I also have CFS/ME and afib but none of this seems to match up with those two.

Anyway, I stupidly helped one of the nurses at work lug 5 new laptops back to the office and nearly killed myself.

About 10 feet out of the place we picked them up from I start feeling the first tentative signs of tingling, then it went full-blown. By the time I got back to the office it was all over my body. Almost painful, uncomfortable, pins and needles/tingling. It isn't itchy but I end up scratching away, as the only alternative is something violent haha.

Anyway, I immediately noticed this on body of my wrists and the backs of my hands. One the pins and needles stopped, the red spots went.

It looks slightly faint in the enlarged image but it's still noticeable and looked very bright and angry but quickly faded; feels entirely neurological to me but I had a NCS back in March which showed nothing of concern.

Has anybody seen this with the pins and needles sensations?

Thanks fbirder, I was trawling the web looking for something similar that was also neurological and possibly vascular.

I'm hopefully going to catch up with my doctor again in the next fortnight after not having seen him for about 6 months. I have a lot to talk about....
