Thank you so much!!! I've always taken excellent care of my teeth. I've recently been diagnosised with Lupus. I have been at a loss in reguards to my teeth. I've broken two teeth on one and a half years. My dentist is a lovely man. We couldn't understand why at this point in my life I would begin clench

Clear Colonoscopy
So after suffering years with IBS which has got worse since Christmas, then to top it all off I've ended up with the most painful anal fissure that needs an operation. But the specialist won't operate on it till we find out what's causing all the recent problems as he suspects it could be Crohn's, and

Anyone else experience a prolonged after taste with NDT?
Usually at around 10pm I can taste the ndt in my mouth/throat again. I take half a dose at 4am and another half at around 12/1 pm. But sometimes throughout the day I can still taste the pills in my mouth. I don't take them sublingually but I do have low stomach acid. Could this mean I am not breaking

Leaky gut diet/constipation
This is my 8th week on the leaky gut diet. I never thought I could do it so I'm really proud of myself, and have lost 10lbs as well :-) I had a session with a Kinesiologist last week who reckons whatever I'm doing is working as I no longer have leaky gut (?) and gave me a list of what I am and am not

Does anyone else get a bitter taste in their mouth. I have had this now for over a week and coffee tastes awful. A friend of mine says it can be anxiety related. Wierd feeling. I have been getting twitching lately and that has made me very anxious even though the doctor has reassured me nothing to worry

Cold sores and rash on mini-pill
Hello from Canada! I just went on the mini-pill (progesterone only) because my reactions to regular ones have been crazy, I've been on 3 days and haven't experienced mood swing or anything. But from all the other hormonal contraceptives I've been on I've always gotten cold sores. And ontop of that on
