Slight 'blip' after ablation
Pains have all but stopped now, was obviously just aggravating the '
wounds
' when my heart was beating so fast for so long. I feel very well now, in fact I cannot even feel my heart beating, a strange feeling indeed!

scottish wild life in danger :D
For centuries Scotland has prided itself on the abundant numbers of Haggis or Haggi. but sadly these numbers are in decline. The seasonal bans on Wild haggis hunting has come almost too late, but with the introduction of Haggis farms to provide farmed haggis to companies such as Macsween, this has cut

Lap aftercare/showering?
I'm planning on not using soap or anything in the shower and just letting water softly wash the
wounds
then patting dry with some kitchen roll. I'm just worried about them getting infected :(

Staying With Grandparents...
Something my cousins and I grew to realise very quickly was that Granny had little time for our respective parents...I suppose she loved her sons...my Father was the eldest and the cousins Father was one of twins and came in the middle of the family...but she heartily disliked both their wives. Day two after ablation(s), so far so good!
I had very little bleeding from the entry
wounds
in groin, and at the moment not much bruising. I think I may actually treat myself to a day in front of the telly today- I don't find it easy to be looked after, but am staying with my daughter and know I need to rest a bit!

Recovery from laporoscopy
The first two days passed with no issues, some shoulder pain and around the
wounds
but I was mobile ams eating/drinking well but these past 24 hours I've had a splitting headache and feel nauseous whenever I try to sit or stand, has anybody else experienced this? Do I need to be worried?

The Magic of Tumeric Please look into it ..
People use it on
wounds
on horses and dogs and for joint problems too. From what I read .... it effects people differently with one guy saying that it stopped his craving for alcohol, having given up and then getting back on the wagon.. so to speak.

nothing feels right
Why do I have to be so old, wasting my whole life being in pain , wrong relationships for me, dealing with deep
wounds
, pain- emotional and physical? Can't I be happy now? And have peace now? So confused.

Flesh eating disease - What causes it and How is it Contracted, Recognised and Treated?
Many patients report a preceding breach in the skin, through things such as surgery, accidental
wounds
, or intravenous drug use. Some types of infections are associated with particular settings.

Well THIS has got to be the best news for the week
As I write this its Monday afternoon in Australia and late Sunday in the U.S. I download most of my TV straight from the web - saves on having to watch ads and I get everything as soon as it airs in the U.S. And as I was scrolling through new shows starting (the best ones are always on a Sunday night

NICE can’t recommend new sepsis tests
That's a good reason to be aware of your risk of sepsis, i.e whether you have neutropenia or low immunogammaglobulins (hypogammaglobulinemia), ensuring you minimise your risk of infection by doing what you can to prevent cuts and scrapes, taking particular care of
wounds
, asking for prophylactic treatment

When Family Become a Trigger and The Holidays
I also have some old
wounds
from childhood sexual, emotional abuse and abandonment issues and my life had become completely unmanageable is an understatement.

Thanks for all replies to previous post but now worried as GP wants to review!
Much improved now I am on T3 as per my last post. After 3 month trial and dramatic improvements I can only get my script on a 28 day basis, no repeat offered despite pharmacist and myself requesting. My appointment with endo was end of sept and recommendation to continue on t3 but now GP wants a review

This is the Speech I gave at the APPG yesterday
It does this in approximately 10% of us. 7 – 8% of us may get
wounds
that take a very long time to heal and in the worst cases never do. The DoH has failed to comply with my request for 2013/14 and 14/15 figures but these are the official ones for 2009 – 2013.

Week 9 - Spin 3 - Heavy Weather
It always involves overkill - 20 or more stab
wounds
are common, but it's efficient. Mode 2 is "punishment mode" (at its nicest - actually it's torture mode). In torture mode lots of "one inch" stabs are stuck into either the shoulders or the buttocks of the victim.
