3 day old baby and finding it unbearable to pee
I really need advice..my LO arrived 3 days ago which has been an amazing experience. I can deal with the lack of sleep and hard work...but I am finding it excruciating to pee. I have tried the warm jug of water....and got most of it on the floor....I've tried a warm compress with lavender oil whilst

Joke! A little long - forgive
do you think English is easy? Perhaps a retired English teacher was bored when she wrote this. It took a lot of thought to put together! 1) The bandage was wound around the wound. 2) The farm was used to produce produce. 3) The dump was so full that it had to refuse more refuse. 4) We must

Floatation Tank, best Hydrotherapy so far?
The lady fully explained about the session and I was offered silicone ear plugs which mould into your ear (no water into your ears then) and barrier cream (Vaseline) for any open
wounds
to protect the chemicals in the tank from skin irritation.

Laparoscopy wound
First one I had dissolvable stitches and my
wounds
were left for the air to get at, the second my
wounds
were covered in superglue ... This is different again so I'm really worried. I'm going to ring my GP in the morning but I would really appreciate anyone else's experiences of this.

Post laparoscopy questions?
I had a laparoscopy procedure last week. I'm still working through the pain post that procedure. Post that procedure I was informed that they could not remove all the Endo as there was quite a lot of Endo around my bowel and I will need another procedure at a later date. It was also confirmed that my

Anxiety Story
Hi all, this site has changed a lot since I last used it. I am having a really sad time at the moment and I thought I would right a little passage about my anxiety for you all to read in the hope some of you get some support. It is very metaphorical! But this is how I see my anxiety! :) Enjoy! My anxiety

Unfortunately the
wounds
from the lung biopsy became infected and are being packed and dressed daily, I've had a lot of pain from the sites. Ironically the Consultant wrote to my GP saying the
wounds
are healing nicely; at least that gave me a chuckle.

Stitch fallen out of one of wound sites six days post surgery
Merry Christmas to you all, hope you've had as painless one as possible. Mine has been somewhat painful. The stitch fell out of left wound site on Tuesday, six days after surgery. It has been slightly weeping and bleeding since and very sore. Not sure if this requires me going to doc or hospital to get

Mental -v- Physical
Perhaps we need to look deeper than just physical
wounds
. I am not ashamed to share how tough it is staying positive when actually all you want to do is curl up in a ball and hide. I know that I am not alone. Till next time
