Feel as if chest has scaffolding on it
Wounds
seem to be healing nicely as far as I can tell but I get a sometimes uncomfortable feeling of tightness and numbness in the upper chest area. It feels as if I've got scaffolding on my chest whenever I get up and walk about.

Words can take seconds to open deep
wounds
, and years to try to heal them. They are powerful weapons. I guess we’ve arrived back at being kind again really. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Anticoagulant
I would like to know from your experience if taking anticoagulant like Pradaxa or Apixaban will make healing of
wounds
or ulcers last longer? Have anyone of you experienced this? Thanks.

Burning in vagina after laparoscopy
Hello everyone, It's been a week since my laparoscopy and I have a burning sensation just around my vaginal opening. I'm unsure if this is normal after a laparoscopy or not. I don't have any infections in that area so I know it's not that. I have vulvodynia (nerve damage to the vaginal area) and I'm

Poem for the narcissistic wound
When I was a child, I use to pretend I was dead. I didn't understand why I wanted the people I loved, to cry, mourn, and grieve over me. I still don't understand love, even though it's something we be. I wanted the people I loved, to come and rescue me. I wanted them to show me, a part of me, that

Breast Lymphoedema
Has anyone had breast reduction surgery after being diagnosed with breast Lymphoedema? I’m considering it so wondered what other ladies experiences have been...good or bad. I’m in a real dilemma about what to do.... 🤷♂️

Driving?
Hello there I will be 4 weeks post operation next Wednesday. Have had debulking surgery. I was wondering when other people started driving again. I met with chemo doctors on Friday & asked, but found them a bit vague. I spoke with my insurance yesterday & they said we leave it to your doctors advice
