I just had a laparoscopy with removal of endometriosis and total hysterectomy including the tubes (ovaries were left since they were good) along with rectocele and cystocele repair on the 9th. Healing is going well but now I'm dealing with insomnia and intermittent cramping in genital area. Could the Premarin cream that I was prescribed to insert vaginally 3 times a week be causing this? Thank you for your answers!
