Complication of a 4-year circumcision

I am 58 and had my circumcision done 4 years ago, 2016. The reason was to prevent urine from backing up in my urethra and bladder, thus UTI's weekly. I was masturbating 5 weeks after the surgery [surgeon approved] and never ran into an issue until 2 weeks ago, in March 2020. The fine suture line is beginning to separate and bleeds under the skin. I have to clean it and abstain from masturbating for a week to allow the skin to heal. I try different methods (creams, lubricants, condoms, etc.; however, the skin seems very thin and fragile at the suture line. Is this serious? My GP isn't the "hands-on" type and doesn't like to do visual inspections in the genital area. I'm want to make the best decision as I know open wounds are easy entry points for bacteria and virus. The maximum scar strength is 80% of that of unwounded skin. It won't never be the same. Let it heal properly 6-8 weeks.

Thanks for all the advice. I do get a little rough with my boy, especially when I'm all horned up. I'll think about dead cats in the road to curb the appeal of grabbing him.

Have you seen your doctor? I would want to know what could be the cause here

***UPDATE*** Today, I seen the urologist that did my circumcision. He agrees that my masturbating has been too rigorous and torn the thin skin along the suture line. He said it will create some scar tissue, but will be beneficial for me in the long run. He feels the skin will heal and become a little stronger. He suggested I use vibration (a vibrator) or receive oral to achieve an orgasm for a few months. He prescribed a strong antibiotic salve to apply at night and encouraged me to use a medical strength antibacterial body wash for a few weeks. I'm happy!
