I have been actively trying to get pregnant since June. My periods have been normal until August I was late. The week after I was suppose to start my period (8/9-8/14) I had light bloody discharge. The following week (8/17-8/21) I had a normal period. Then week 8/30 - 9/03 I started having bloody discharge

Accidents at school
My 4 year old recently started school and has been having 1 or 2 accidents most days though he did have one day this week with no accidents. At the end of the summer we disimpacted and then settled on a maintenance dose of 2 sachets of movicol and I don’t think he is constipated any more - we are no

Scar revision surgery
What’s the best treatment for a lateral abdomen scar. I am thinking of having scar revision surgery for a lateral abdomen scar post emergency splenectomy. I’m told the scar is “pretty neat” but as a young Indian female. It is extremely difficult to overcome, give the transition dress shows the midriff

Here Again
I tried so hard to be positive. I stayed away cos I thought it was making my hypochondria worse but here I am. New bloods done and dr said all satisfactory. Picked a copy up today and bloods like ALT and GtGamma are the same as they were back in Feb. So I’m Feb, April and June dr wasn’t happy with them

Any suggestions on how to help a 4 year old use the toilet in school, when he refuses to if he is not with his parents ?
I have a 4 year old son, who has just started school reception and for the last year was in the school nursery (age 3 till age 4) Whilst in school he will not use the school toilets. He will only use the toilet when at home with me or my husband, or he will sometimes use toilets and the potty when

Peripapillary CNV
After 18 months without an Eylea injection, I was given an appointment for treatment. The OCT showed a leak further out from the fovea than the one I had had before, which itself was some way from the fovea. I had a second OCT (which I've not seen) taken of the optic disc. In a letter that came after

Pred causing thin skin. Bleeding gums?
I have been on Pred for PMR for more than 2 years, now reduced to 2mg. For about the same length of time I have suffered with very thin skin which bruises or bleeds very easily, e.g from a rose thorn. For about the same period, my dentist and hygienist have commented on my bleeding gums. These are

Surgical sperm retrieval recovery
Hi, My husband had SSR last week where they had to make an incision into both testicles. He’s still in pain but the clinic said yesterday that it’s quite normal and to monitor over the next week. Today we noticed on one side there is a lump under the stitches and the testicle on that side isn’t dropping

Selegiline and Zandopa
My neurologist prescribed me selegiline a month ago and It helped me with tremor and movement. I also take Zandopa and sinemet. Yesterday 1.5 hours after taking zandopa, I started having severe headache, and my blood pressure raised to 225. I also vomited 4 times. It calmed down after an hour and blood

4 year old struggling with constipation,
First post My step daughter is 4 and has always struggled to poo, she was put on cosmocol sachets about 2 years ago. Followed the advice and she has only ever had 4 solid poos in that time. It's always liquid, so as you can imagine a nightmare trying to potty train. She starts school this week and her
