Running songs
Morning folk, I was just wondering if people would like to post some great running ( and warm down) music. I have downloaded some already but would really appreciate some new ones. My suggestions for great running and inspiring tracks are: invincible by Muse, stuck in the middle with you by Steelers

Potty Training 4 Year old Wee Accidents Constantly
Was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to help my son stop having so much wee accidents? He has been on and off trained for nearly a year. Dry at night before we started toilet training and always pops in toilet. He just keeps having wee accidents and is not fussed in any way about it! He knows

How stable can we expect to be on T4/T3 combination therapy? / Hashis and jobs.
Hi - I’m on a T4/T3 combination trial and think we might be closing in on the right dose, finally, which is good. I’m not 100% sure yet, but things are definitely better than they have been since I scored an increase in T3 last week. I feel well enough today that I’m in the mood for considering getting

Air pollution 🏭🚗🚌
Following the news coverage yesterday on air pollution in relation to the tragic death of 9 year old Ella Adoo-Kissi-Debrah, you may find this post helpful: [i]Connecting the dots between asthma and air pollution can be incredibly hard because the threat is invisible. It might be difficult to link exposure

Yet another update
I've lost track of what I've posted.. but we're still in hospital. Mixed opinions re impaction, but agreement at least around some level of constipation so on low ish level of Movicol/Laxido. Numerous tests, still in pain but now also with an absolute fear of eating. They are leaning more towards

Life Insurance
What does everyone do for life insurance? I was in a accident in 2011 and suffered a severe head injury and had crainiotomy then surgeons found a bleed on my brain at the back of my head and had to do another op and remove it. In 2017 I had a seizure in my sleep due to the injury. No one will touch me

Trying to find nature throid in stock online? Any suggestions?
Please could anyone PM me if they know where I can source nature-throid online. I’m running low and I’m getting worried about the lack of supply everywhere. Also if it’s no longer possible to get nature throid anywhere what have people swapped to and how easy has it been to adjust dosing? Thanks in

Drugs....
I got some tablets whilst on holiday (that’s when this all started) they were called alprazolam - they were amazing, but unfortunately the uk doctors won’t prescribe them, as apparently they’re too addictive! I can see why! Anyway, I’m now on mirtazapine & propranolol. The propranolol (beta blockers

13 YO with nocturnal enuresis
My 13 year old son has nocturnal enuresis. He's never had a dry night in his life despite using various medications and alarms. A couple months ago he started sleeping through solid bowel movements after he had some sort of virus. His mental health and friendships are affected because he is embarrassed

What is childbirth like?
Hello everyone, I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my first and so far low risk so I am being booked into a local Maternity Led Unit for my birth. I’ve just discovered they don’t offer epidural at a MLU. I think I’m ok with this but it has led me to wonder what childbirth will really be like. I understand each
