I put the oven onto a 'Moderate' Heat, about 150- 170 (3 to 3.5 gas), and left it to warm. I have a deep

Do I still have angina?
I was diagnosed with angina about 7 years ago and after quite a few lifestyle changes I had it under control....I haven't needed to use my spray for years. Three months ago I had a heart attack and had two stents fitted to my LAD, apart from a couple of minor issues with dizziness if I stand up too quickly

Devilled topping for baked fish.
You will need to increase or decrease quantities depending how many people you are feeding. Serves 2. 3 - 4 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs. 1/2 small'ish onion, finely chopped. A knob of butter, softened. 1 teaspoon curry paste. Scant teaspoon wholegrain mustard. A dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Lemon vinaigrette dressing.
Years ago, I got a recipe from the back of a packet of Tesco baby vegetables for lemon vinaigrette dressing. The original recipe had too much oil for my tastes so I did some tweaking and came up with a lighter, fresher tasting version. I will give both versions though. Original version : Finely grated

Checking pulse daily hugely beneficial
When my GP diagnosed AFib I was given Bisopropol 😔 swiftly changed to Nebivolol and Apixaban and for weeks I just felt rotten most of the time. I then subscribed to technology which gave me unlimited reports on what my heart was up to at any time of the day or night. Reports were consistently showing

Dronederone
Hi all Two months ago I was prescribed 400mg Dronederone twice daily to slow down the frequency of AF episodes and also their duration. These were coupled with 5mg Bisoprolol and my usual Apixiban. Sunday evening at 7pm an episode started and as I write Tuesday 11am still ongoing. So it would seem this

I’m in the exact situation as you are. You say all the things I have going through my head .
I had a lupus anticoagulant test same as you and they space it out as You said every 3 months . I have had a huge clot in my subclavian which was so big it had spread from subclavian to side of my breast and under my arm pit . I was in hospital for a week . They put me on heparin IV drip and Coumadin

Coping with what could have been
My husband has recently been very ill and had a liver transplant which is working wonderfully. I can't stop thinking about what could have happened if he had not had the transplant. He had sepsis in March and almost died and was going downhill fast just before his transplant. I'm driving myself crazy
