The problem is each specialist is saying a different thing and the neurologist said that I dont have neurological injuries because the CT scan was clear and that it is a musculoskeletal injury from the
whiplash
that has caused chronic migraine and this is causing fatigue.

NEWBY DESPERATE FOR GUIDANCE AND HELP
Perhaps all these symptoms have been my thyroid all along and not
whiplash
or mild degenerative cervical spine issues. Could the aches and pains be long term deprivation of thyroid hormones?

Heart problems as a result of whiplash? Has anyone suffered it or does anyone know of any research?
Hi everyone, since a serious car crash in 2015 I've suffered severe heart/bp issues which I think are as a result of blood not getting to the brain properly due to severe spasm and Hypermobility of the atlas/axis/occipital. If anyone has any personal experience or research I'd be really grateful

Has anyone else on here developed thyroid issues following a recent whiplash?
Hello I have only just discovered that there is a possible link between developing hypothyroidism and
whiplash
. I had a minor car crash last March and now I have thyroid problems. Anyone else experienced this?

Vodka, Whiplash and Meeting my Twin
Anyway he got the
whiplash
and fell to the ground. But with all his armour, he managed to right himself and went on his way. No harm done. I saw Mr & Mrs Physio on their circuit and we did our traditional greetings, no Mr 118 or Heinz 57 walker though.

Do I need to treat PMR?
I have had severe pains in my neck and shoulders for four years following
whiplash
injuries. Last october I woke up with severe leg and knee pains and exhaustion. Blood tests showed I was moving towards Hypothyroidism. Two months later I was hypo diagnosed and put on levothyroxine.

Hi, I'm new here…. I need to lose weight to help my fibromyalgia and stay sane!!
I was in a car accident at the end of last year, and it caused a terrible flare-up of my fibro, and because I was so unfit at the time, my recovery - only from
whiplash
- it's not like I lost a limb, is taking AGES!

Frustrated and Helpless
Have had three serious falls off horses, but no damage to spine or head as far as anyone can see; did get
whiplash
from last fall but didn't seem to permanently damage my head or neck. Have trouble swallowing (always have), mild asthma, cracking knees and a chronic dry cough.

Transitioning from Synthetic (Levothyroxine) to Natural (NDT: Thyroid-S)
headaches for four weeks (which I put down to a car accident and
whiplash
injury suffered on 20th May) and major energy slumps (which I put down to increasing from 2.25 to 2.5 midway through the 5 weeks because I felt I needed to based on my symptoms).

Long Orgasms
For the past few months, 2 out of 3 of all my orgasms have been long and intense, so intense I feel like I'm 1 masturbation away from a serious
whiplash
. Abs and legs hurt from heavy spasms too. Male, 27 and never had sex.

Endometriosis on the diaphragm?
At the time, I thought I had slept funny but I remembered thinking it was quite intense pain to have from just sleeping in a funny position as the pain felt a little bit like
whiplash
.

My symptom fit with low T and due to TPO and what private dr said I'm thinking hypothyroid could have been caused by
whiplash
injury/reduced neck circulation from the injury.

Crashing?
Complicating my confusion is the fact that I was in a car accident in Nov and am still dealing with concussion and
whiplash
symptoms. I've had two migraines in the last month, the latest one with aura.

One step forward, two steps back - but I'm Not Giving Up!
First my middle back, then I had a fall (and had actual
whiplash
, and exTremely sore tailbone - walking was difficult), then hurt my lower back... blah blah blah.... So exactly a month to the day, I'm back on the treadmill, and I decided to ease back with week 3.

Missing period and pain
The pain management specialist isn't treating me for my pelvic pain but instead said he wanted to treat me 'holistically' and took issue with my back pain which I found bizarre because that was a result of a
whiplash
injury; the cause of a car crash 18 years ago and completely unrelated to my pelvic

Started pregablin 2 days ago, what can I expect?
Went back to gp to discuss other options of pain relief and he prescribed pregablin and signed me off for another 2 weeks with
whiplash
injury while I see what my tolerance is to them and advised me not to drive for the first few days. Is this normal? What can I expect from this new tablet?

Chiropractic treatment for Tinnitus
I did have a significant
whiplash
and concussion from a fall in August which resulted in a full hospital once-over (but no onset of t), so it could be that has got me all out of shape.

Hello again
I had a concussion and
whiplash
. Then I had injections into my lower spine but when the doc went to go into the same spot he has always gone in he could not get the needle in ( because of the Ostio arthritis) so he had to go a level up this was the first time I was in tears because of pain.
