Liver Enlarged, Lymphatic system inflamed, Arm Pit Swollen, Dr(dr #3) says "Not a clue"
Hello all, I've been chugging away at dr's visits with primary care, internal medicine and awaiting a second opinion from a new gastro/hepatologist for the past 6 months. I am here requesting professional and/or informed opinions as to what may be associated and what may be causing my symptoms.

Can Anyone Tell me About These Blood Test Results?
I have a friend who seems to be exhibiting thyroid trouble. He is lethargic (he is usual active) he has problems sleeping, has dry skin and psoriasis, has difficulty walking, has mood swings etc. Unfortunately, his doctors will not listen to him and have refused in this instance to undertake a FT3 test

Gut microbiota composition reflects disease severity and dysfunctional immune responses in patients with COVID-19
The possible implications of gut microbiota have often been discussed here in relation to thyroid disorders and more. It is in the spirit of adding to that, I post about the new paper below. Please try to keep comments to this subject. :-) [i]

Very high LFT results
Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been worried sick since I got my blood test results last week. GGT was 310 and ALT 185 Also something called C reactive protein was 6. This was after I went to the GP with some epigastric pain and over a two day period. The episode was exactly like a gallstone attack and the pain

Do I have a thyroid problem?
Hi all, I have no idea if I have a thyroid problem, but I think I do. I have been struggling to conceive and whenI have I have suffered miscarriages. I also noticed 3 years ago a small goitre in my neck. I had tests done in the summer as I spoke with my GP about being tired and my neck and my fertility

Blood test results help
I did have an intolerance test in early September showing mild intolerances to cow’s milk,
whey
protein
, baker's and brewer's yeast, so I have also cut these out too with guidance from a nutritionist (replacing the cow's milk products with goat's milk products).

Questions for the RO for my upcoming video conference regarding options for early salvage treatment (and ADT) after Radical Prostatectomy?
I had my radical prostatectomy (RP) on 6/3/2019. Given my pathological results (see below for details) and the definite trend in my PSA levels over the last 18 months (see graph below), my surgeon now thinks I should pursue early salvage radiation therapy and I agree, but now trying to decide on the

MRI results
Hello all - MRI results surprisingly were released about 2 hours ago. Not sure why on a Sunday. Ryan had a thought that if they were released on a weekend that it was obviously good news. It is not good, nor completely bad. There were no "definitive" language used. Words such as "suspect" and "compatible

and 8 avmacol (broccoli extract).....blend into the smoothie. Low ANC The only issue has been a low ANC..sometimes it was below 1. I did some research and checked with my doctor on taking a B6 and B9 supplement twice a day.
