What is the best protein powder for fertility?

Hi All,

I wondered if you could recommend an effective protein powder brand, to drink during stims. I am currently drinking a pink sun whey protein powder which my acupuncturist suggested in my last cycle. But it didnt help during my last cycle. I only have 2 follicles this time so i really want to give ghem a boost to grow into a large size.

Pink sun is a good brand. You could try sun warrior classic vegan protein? The chocolate flavour is the only nice one. And make sure it’s the classic one as the pea one is gross 🤮

I used The Organic Protein Company. Just plain whey protein, in a shake with berries, Banana, artic blueberry powder, organic milled flaxseeds and lots of full fat organic milk.
