Weight loss impact
I remember reading that for every pound you lose it is the equivalent of 4 pounds of impact on your knees. Is this true? I have started doing the recommended NHS knee strength exercises and am wondering how long it will be b4 they take effect. I am keen to protect my knees as they have always been

My B12 story
P.s I couldn't able to enjoy my
weight
loss
success story. I am down to 76 kg. Since June I didn't lose much because of stress and sleepless nights. Anyway reduced 15 kgs in 10 months from September 20 . I am in a great shape after 25 years and I couldn't celebrate it.

Photobiomodulation aka light therapy article in The Weekend Australian
I know several people on this forum have light helmets - some from Tasmania. This article appeared in my FB feed. There was also an article in The Weekend Australian but I believe that to be behind a pay wall. https://surfershealth.com.au/news/2021/05/20/groundbreaking-trial-finds-that-infrared-light-therapy-for-parkinsons-disease-reduces-symptoms-and-improves-the-gut-microbiome

New Shoes, Magic Plan W7, and a sheaf of PRs!
Just the boost I needed after several weeks of feeling like I'd stagnated, both on the
weight
loss
and the running front. Next run will be Wednesday, staying over in London for work on Tuesday night so I'm going to do 5k round Hyde Park, wonder if I can get back under 30 minutes for 5k again.. ?

Hello, newbie
I have chosen my username because I keep looking back at all my failed attempts in my life when it comes to
weight
loss
. I have had some success in the last year by shifting some weight and getting fitter but have struggled to keep myself steady since Christmas.

CT Scan results - confused
I asked about symptoms of Cancerous Cysts and he explained have
loss
of
weight
and appetite. Feeling nauseous (I do most days anyway but it passes). Feeling tired, in this heat I can understand that. I need an upshot on this.

Hi Everyone! :) I thought we could inspire each other to reach our big and small health goals- not necessarily related to Hashi! 1.I'm finally at my ideal weight so maintaining that is my goal number 1 2.My sleep has suffered horribly so improving that is strong runner up! Trying different techniques

Weight loss badges
Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone can please explain to me how the badges work on here? I have lost 16lbs so far, and I see some other folks talking about getting their badge but I’m not sure how often you get a badge and how I go about getting one (if in fact I’m due one)? Can somebody who knows

The nurse could not explain and put it all down to
weight
loss
, exercise, and lifestyle changes. I am very happy, but very cautious as well, could this be really the case, in such a short time 5 months from being told this was it, to now being told that I am cured. Thanks for reading. Martyn

Then the conversation went off into my

Smart Choice starts with You! I made what I called: Koko Bar 😁👍😋❤️🌺
It may aid
weight
loss
because they’re low in calories and high in nutrients and fiber. Bananas are a good dietary source of potassium and magnesium which are essential for heart health.
