I'm new here and ready for a new approach to losing weight. I have chosen my username because I keep looking back at all my failed attempts in my life when it comes to weight loss. I have had some success in the last year by shifting some weight and getting fitter but have struggled to keep myself steady since Christmas. Hoping to find some support on this site and offer others some in return. I'm not a regular weigh in person (every 2 or 3 weeks for me) and the last time I got on the scales I was 19st 7. I'm keen to get to a healthy BMI or at least be able to participate in things like themes parks and high wire activities which I am currently too heavy to do.

Thats a great user name, Christmas i find derails everyone, all that food thats not normally in the shops, at work, at home... and then January long dark evenings don't help either.. but the main thing is the weather is starting to get better thankfully so you're going to feel brighter and more inclined to go for a walk or garden get outside and warmer weather will inspire more salads too.. you've got this👍
Ah that's lovely 😍 I can identify with the keeping the weight off and it doesn't take much for me to lose my way a bit but I keep going x definitely keep posting 😁
