MIN-102 trial: 12 week update
Somewhat surprisingly, my weight had increased 4kg (from 76kg to 80kg) from the last visit which is likely a result of odema (
water
retention
). My lungs were still clear though so for now everything is OK and I don't need to take a diuretic.

What it has done though is put a shed load of weight on me, and now

in both feet. Plus my eyes are always blurry. I really want to stop this med, but don’t know what else to try.

Neurology>ADHD Tied to Parkinson's-Like Disorders Link between disorders may be related to ADHD severityby JudyGeorge, Medpage Today,9/12/18
A history of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its medications was tied to a higher risk of Parkinson's and Parkinson-like diseases, researchers reported. ADHD patients had a 2.4-increased risk of basal ganglia and cerebellum diseases before age 66 compared with non-ADHD individuals

Connection between T3 and Oestrogen dominance
I have done some research since then and discovered that T3 meds can apparently lead to oestrogen dominance, which in turn causes
water
retention
and weight gain, depression and anxiety and fatigue. So it's now the proverbial chicken and egg problem..

Cutting Cytomel and Bioavailability
Hey there. Thought I’d ask what is probably a dumb question! I’ve been on 75mcg Synthroid for over a month and successfully titrated to and been on 25mcg Cytomel for now 12 days. Both taken together in the morning as single dose. In some ways I feel more hypo despite it being the equivalent of 150mcg

Fluid retention advice please?
Hi does anyone know if
water
retention
is a symptom relating to Hashimotos? Over the last few days my ankles and my feet have doubled in size and it’s really painful to walk.

Stopping Zytiga after 6months
After our last checkup with our med onco last Friday, he mentioned that my husband can stop taking Zytiga if his PSA drops to below zero after 6months treatment and just continue with Eligard and Xgeva. Brief info, my husband was diagnosed with advanced pca late June 2018 (PSA 33) with mets to bones

How to cope with so much?
I've been struggling with personal problems (my dad is terminally ill, due to brain tumours), work and financial problems (he was self-employed, so I also have to work to guarantee that our income is going to be stable) and last, struggling with my depression, anxiety and ADHD at college, feeling that

What are your suggestions for an upset stomach due to anxiety? I usually drink tea and use essential oils. Anything else natural that would help? Oh, I also take probiotics. Thanks!

Could I be a highly sensitive person?
I know I can't get an official diagnosis here but I think, along with Anxiety and Autism, I might be a highly sensitive person (HSP). I can often try to please others though not always, I tend to overthink and be a deep thinker, opinions that differ from mine and how people express these opinions can

Poisoned by sleep meds please advise
Need urgent advice please from South Africa. Unbearable pain... I don't know what to do. I have been drinking a sleeping tablet for 30 years, got tolerant to it and am currently on a dangerous cocktail. I don't want to die like this.... I use 15 mg Mirtazapine, 2 mg Rivotril / clonazapam, 40 mg Seroquel

I struggle to believe it would only be
