Repeating weeks


Having not done any running for over 25 years I decided to get fit. I started off not too bad but to to lymph swelling had to move my runs to mornings. However I got to week 3 and had to repeat it and I have now done 7 runs in week 4 but have just run it as it should be run! I am not so much tired but my ankle and calves ache from the water retention. Going to do two more runs before moving on to week five, but at this rate it’s going to take me over 6 months to complete!

Don't worry Newrunner42. Do it at your pace. I finally graduated today but had to repeat weeks 3 and 7 due to aches and pains but you will get there. Well done!
