Stop jerking

I have been suffering from restless legs syndrome for the past 15 years. I’ve been so sleep deprived, sometimes going as long as. 5 days with only one or two hours sleep per night. I. Also have to be on oxygen at night because I have sleep apnea that wakes me up in the night, Many medications have driven me crazy over the years and caused many falls and head injuries because I pass out under the influence of the medication. I had to just give it up and quit the medications that make me so goony. One of the medications that I have to take for my back pain seemed to help just a. Little, but not completely. I prayed for guidance. One night my legs were quite swollen from water retention and I put 2 pillows under my feet to elevate my legs. I slept like a baby.! And still am finding relief. God gave the answer.
