One good turn...
This morning my sister text me and said she was having such a hard morning because she remembered a dream she'd had last night. She was on the phone with our mother, who recently passed away. My sister said she was so upset because she couldn't remember what they talked about and felt guilty about

Swollen Legs
Has anyone experienced swollen legs (due to
water
retention
)? I have finished chemo and coming down from it pretty good, with this one exception. Very painful, especially in the morning when stepping out of bed--feels like the calves are being stabbed with 100 needles.

I read one of TA's posts about Zytiga effectively causing
water
retention
by causing the adrenal to release ACTH, and overhydrating every day probably caused even more
water

. Now my main goal is to try to get my BP back down. I hope this is not a permanent effect of Zytiga.

Can't concentrate or think!!
I am having really hard time concentrating, paying attention to details like books, movies, listening to what people say, etc. I am always in a state of brain fog and feel like my mind is closed from outside or trapped in a dense fog, so nothing seems clear outside. Anyone facing the same issues? Are

Issues with the menopause and now issues with
water
retention
due to hrt, my running has been unspectacular (Is that even a word?) but I'm still running! My pace has dropped and I'm a long way from being back at my March pace. But it's improving slowly. I still want to run!

Taking depots for schizophrenia.
I'm having depots for schizophrenia. Zuclopenthixol. Im quite fatigued and drowsy. As an older person, do these effects last longer with depots, or are tablets, better.

Hello Everyone. Am on Furosemide 40mg, but for the last week I have been getting swollen, painful ankles quite badly. I've had this before but not as bad as this. Feeling concerned at the moment. I would really appreciate any thoughts etc. Many thanks.
