Interesting study . Effect of multivitamins on bacteria in ADHD kids

This showed bifidobacteria decreased and collinsella increased in ADHD kids on multivitamins and their ADHD symptoms improved. This is contrary to the common belief that bifidobacterium are helpful for kids with ADHD , although it may not be the bacteria that helped their symptoms, but the nutrients themselves.

Anyway I thought it interesting that the nutrients decreased these vitamins that I thought were beneficial.

Interestingly this is exactly what my husband’s faecal results showed last year ( no bifido and high collinsella) and he had been on a range of vitamins and minerals before the test.
