How does it feel to have too much B12?
I have not SI for 5 weeks now due to anxiety/panic attacks arising after my last couple of injections. I am not sure if I needed to push through this or stop and let things settle. How can you tell whether you need more or less B12? I am finding this very confusing...

So, reversing out. Why?
I have read all about reversing out symptoms after having iron infusion and starting B12 injections. But can anyone tell me why we get these symptoms. What is the science behind it? Surely healing should get easier, not worse. Just interested to know why we go backwards before recovery.

T3 toxicity
Hi, I wonder if anyone could tell me whether it’s possible for T3 to simply ‘not agree’ with me? I’ve posted here before and got lots of great advice. My numbers previously showed me mid range through all the thyroid numbers but not converting well to T3. I was advised to take selenium and zinc

Crash after Covid?
I’m really struggling to balance my body back out after having Covid and so so puzzled. Not sure why this has happened or where to go with it next. Has anyone had a really bad crash after Covid? I’m diagnosed pernicious anaemia and hypothyroid Hashimotos. I had been in the same routine with supplements

What is the conversion for red blood cell folate from nmol/L to micro g/L?
I'm researching folate and I'm interested to know what blood levels of folate are required to prevent neural tube defects in studies. I found this study that states "red-blood-cell folate levels between 1050 and 1340 nmol/L, optimal for reduction of the neural tube defect risk". https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

I've posted or replied a few times now about my struggle to stop this medication. Now I have a new reason. I've needed a couple of teeth extracted and bled profusely afterwards. Someone tried to tell me it was my B12 injections, but all I found on that subject is the possibility of INCREASED clotting

For Those Forum Members Taking B1 To Good Effect And Wondering What Other Health Benefit They May Be Getting From Their Use Of B1
Long before Dr. Costantini was using vitamin B1 in his patients with PD, vitamin B1 was already being used as a supplement to help maintain better health. Many on this forum who are using vitamin B1 to good effect, in terms of their PD symptoms, may be wondering what other health benefit B1 may hold

Hi - I have been using B12 patches for years - but found I needed more and more to feel OK. So I went to my GP - who was unhelpful. I found an Aesthetic Practitioner who gave me a number of shots - after filling in an online form for a prescription. She has now stopped her practice for a short time

68.1 pmoI/L
My test results shows active B12 of 68.1 with Normal range 25.1 - 165.0 pmol/L. My GP says it's normal and won't do anything. Can any tell me whether this is low or high?

Waiting on ultrasound results
Hi everyone, I found a lump on the front of my neck (you can visibly see it) along with a raised lymph node. I had a neck ultrasound this week and I’m just waiting on the results. The radiologist said there is a 2cm nodule on my thyroid but that he couldn’t see anything concerning and would pass everything

Reversing out?
Am I reversing out? I’ve had between 3-4 weeks of every other day injections and actually feel worse than ever. I don’t even want to wake up if I am honest. My frequent urination and bladder pain is worse than ever so inflamed there’s trace blood in dipstick tests (they’ve ruled out all other possible

Results Advice Needed Please
Hiya! I'd be most grateful if the wise owls of this forum can shed some light on my results, especially the vitamin tests. I am pretty much constantly symptomatic even though my thyroid results seem pretty optimal for NDT use. I also have early onset menopausal osteoporosis, which is being managed.

BComplex
People on the site have advised me to get a good B Complex to take with folate in it. When I looked on Amazon there are so many different kinds. I want to buy the Igennus ones but don’t know which to buy. Also is there a company you have used and can recommend as I’m wary about buying tablets online
