calcium and prostap

hey team,

I’m starting prostap whilst awaiting colorectal input for bowel endo. I’ve been advised to start taking Calcium, vit D and start strength training due to familial oesteoporosis to support my bone density.

Anyone else taking calcium and have any info or recs on which and how much etc?

I’ve been taking vit d for ages already and b12 injections but struggling to find info online about calcium.

any help or info gratefully received
