I have numbness in my hands and legs fingers. I had a sever neck pain from more than a week.
Now I have numbness in that part of the neck. Can it be Neuropathy?
Does Abiraterone depletes some vitamins and minerals that need to be replanished?

Have you consulted with your MO? Severe neck pain to numbness doesn't sound good me... sounds like nerve damage...same with the leg, hands and fingers.
Yes, I told my MO, but he says that it's not related to Abiraterone. I am not convinced. I believe it's a result of ADT. The neck pain probably related to weight lifting. I did some dumbbell neck training and most likely sprained muscles. But numbness is worrisome. I asked to check my B1,6,12 and Iron, Magnesium and Potassium with next blood test.
That test is a good start. I had albiterone induced low potassium and minerals especially. I support them each every day as well as my urine pH to 7.0-7.2
Not sure why you would do any exercises involving the neck with dumbbells but that's yesterday's news....My next suggestion is an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation.
I see your point on dumbells and neck. But they are closely linked since hands and arms via shoulder joint, scapulae and muscles are literaly hanging in the neck (and thoracic spine and ribs). Hence dumbell exercises are loading the neck in one way or another. That is not neceserely a bad thing.
Dumbbell neck training??? What is that? At most, the average person should do isometric exercises, like chin tucks, etc...I'm envisioning an exercise which involves lifting a dumbbell with the neck muscles...hence my comment.
It's dumbbell shrugging exercise. I was doing it for years with no problems. A 1.5 months after I started Lupron + Abiraterone I go this problem. I want to prevent muscle and bone loss and I exercise a lot. I asked a guy who is wrestling trainer (the strong neck is very important in wrestling) - how you teach you guys to train neck. And he told me that safest way is to use rubber band, not shrugging.
I have been on Abiraterone (Zytiga) for the past 18 months and aside from muscle fatigue and hot flames I have not experienced any of the symptoms you described.
That sounds more structural to me. Impinged nerve in the neck or shoulders can cause that kind of numbness.
I guess that's why they're called Dumb-bells
