POTS help
I am increasing my salt intake and I’m taking iron
vitamins
. It hasnt made too much of a difference over the last 14 years. I’m hoping to find other people on here that understand what I’m going through and can possibly help me with treatment ideas or just talk about pots.

"good' results?
All my
vitamins
, ferritin etc are in normal range But I don't feel any different ie tired and fat! I'm 80kg so surely I ought to be on more than 75mcg? I'm sure the GP won't trial an increase dose with that low TSH. Should I get private tests of T4 and T3?

vitamins
and I need to book bloods etc and formulate a plan of action but it’s really hard to do when I’m feeling so low.

Has refused to recheck

Covid Strikes Again!
My immune systems in tip top shape with the now very healthy diet I eat, full of
vitamins
and minerals that my body needs. It was mild, with me having a mild temperature for a day and a runny nose for a week. One week on I'm already back training for a 10k run in the summer.

Vitamins B1 and Magnesium
I was advised to try vitamin B1 in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.

CFS clinic
I haven't tested privately recently as I've just increased all recommended
vitamins
so will give those chance to work before a new test. Just wondering if they consider thyroid at CFS clinics? Anyone else found help this way? I do not think that I have CFS but just going with what's offered atm.
