How can I improve my Vit D levels
I have been supplement D3/K2 for years. I have been using 5 Greens D3/K2 10,000 iu. Judging by my poor result from Medichecks they are not beneficial. Medichecks result August 2023 50nmol (50 - 200) I started using Better You D3/K2 since then. Last test by the vitamintestorg.uk 67.65nmol

Could it be B12 deficiency?
I have been guided to this forum from Thyroid Uk and I’m hoping that, with your help, I can make sense of the fatigue and weakness I have been experiencing. In October last year I experienced what I can only describe as a crash. I am normally fit and active and had a lovely summer with many trips camping

hi I’ve just had my latest thyroid panel results, numbers seem slightly better for antibodies but still higher than they should. Ft4 & Ft3 slightly higher than last time but still not optimal? B12 and vit D is a work in progress. Ferritin is edging out of optimal towards high end, not sure what this

I posted my daughters pre hysterectomy bloods in September and had some excellent advice. She has redone the blood tests and I still think the thyroid test results are strange. She has been on iron for 8 weeks. The first results are for September. And the second for

low ferratin
Afternoon all looking for some more advice. As previously said been feeling feeling terrible for about a year. Doctors thought that it was my low folate as my level was low. Got that level up to late teens and my b12 is high nearly 1500. my ferratin is 29 which is on the low side but my iron study

First SI, the pain, ouch!
Hello everyone, Asking for help again on my SI journey please 🙏 Yesterday I did my first IM injection into the thigh following a video by a UK GP. It hurt much less than the one I had done in the arm at a clinic 2 weeks ago (to check no allergic reaction) so I thought great, this is the way to go

Need advice on these blood test results - wondering if it might be hypo, but Dr's all say numbers are fine.
I have just stumbled upon this site, and am hoping that you knowledgeable people can help me out.
The short story:
I'm undiagnosed, never been on any thyroid hormones. Feeling unwell for over 2 years - fatigue/tiredness, weight gain, hair loss (decreased hair density on scalp), loss of outer third

Bit confused, latest test results now on Erfa. Could I have an unstable thyroid??
Hi helpful thyroid community. I’ve been on Erfa now for 3.5 months I did another blood test Monday and just have results thru. I’m now taking 60mg very early morning and 30mg lunch time (so timing not ideal if this to keep away from eating!) The October test was just after I upped the doseage from original

GP wont prescribe Hydroxycobalamin until further blood tests conducted despite neuro involvement.
Good morning.I've found this forum out of desperation having experienced what I now know are symptoms of B12 deficiency for a few years. After repeated B12 levels over the years which consistently showed my levels dropping (treatable since 2021 in some parts of the country) they were finally low enough

Advice on ‘normal’ test results
Hi I’ve recently joined and wanted some guidance on blood tests that my doctors are saying need no action. I went struggling with neck pain and neurological symptoms and they ordered full bloods. In the last two years I’ve gained a huge amount of weight, my face is puffy, and I’ve struggled with running

Sudden recent darkness under eyes
Hey, all, I think I know that a lot of people have dark area around their eyes just as part of their normal selves. But I have never had any rings under my eyes. But in the last couple days, have definitely noticed slightly dark rings under my eyes. I am thinking this is more likely a nutrient issue

20 hours of non-injecting
Having completed a two week trial I did not inject until my stuffy head came back. It was then three days of recovery but nothing severe. I thought that I might be experiencing shortness of breath at about 6 hours but nothing definitive. I woke up at 11 am with my stuffy head and injected and went
