Adding Vitamin K to D3 - K, K1, K2, Mk, etc?
I want to add K to my D and don’t know the specifics or dosing. I have a stockpile of about 6-12 months of D3 due to an auto-Amazon order and previously sharing the D with family. I take one a day - D3 at 2500 iu (62.5 mcgs). What specifically can I add to get the right k? K, k1, k2, what about mk7

The story... Back on March my GP tested my tsh (as part of cfs testing) and it was 1.88. Start of April I caught a virus and then the week after onwards my symptoms gradually were increasing and I missed a few days of work. April 19 (I think it was) I got my tsh, t3 and t4 done via Medichecks.

Vitamins with ADT?
Hi Tall_Allen, You do not recommend vitamins when on ADT? I am on daily Casodex, has been for several years, and I am taking - Multivitamins, C-, D-, K- vitamins and magnesium daily. Should I stop this? Can you elaborate a bit on why you do not recommend taking vitamins? Thanks in advance!

Pre and post FET advice x
hi ladies So I am due for my 2nd FET in a few weeks time. It’s a 4BB embryo and frozen transfer. I’d like to know for those of you who had successful transfers and became pregnant what did you eat and drink and what vitamins did you take prior to transfer and during which you believed helped? thanks

Internet Myths about Red Meat
I know that many men, egged on by well-meaning caregivers and sometimes doctors, deprive themselves of red meat. Some (non-Hindus) have an almost religious attachment to plant-based diets. I expect they will object to this article. For that reason, it goes into the weeds of what constitutes Internet

T3 trial continues
Hi there - here are my latest bloods - done fasting with no meds and before 9am - last dose of levo 24 hours before - last dose T3 12 hours before I've worked hard at improving vitamins and minerals - still ferritin is a bit low but currently on a dose of iron tabs from GP so may improve by the end

I saw the endo last week. Told her all my symptoms but she didn’t seem interested just that my TSH and ft3&ft4 were in limits. She said a lot of my symptoms could be from something else or age related. I said about vitamins and she said she would do them so that I could take some to see if that helped

Natural FET - Frostie Onboard!
We had our 2nd transfer 5 day embryo, first frozen, yesterday with 2 embryos remaining. We've opted for the natural cycle given that my cycles were regular (around 28 days), but a couple of long cycles threw things a little bit (I was up to 31 days). Ovulation happened on Day 19 and Transfer took place

New Unproven and Untested Concept.
I noticed that in online videos many are touting higher amounts of different water soluble vitamins that those amounts recommended by the medical field and experiencing better results than the patient of the medical field. I trust their experiences somewhat. Their reasons for experiencing the results
