I'm aware that historically Warfarin has a question mark over vitamin K1 for various reasons Some people seem to monitor using inr testing but my question is that more modern anti coagulants use a different mechanism of action.

Any tips for suitable vitamins. Constantly getting sinus and throat infections. Wait for them to clear up themselves with over the counter remedies but always end up going to doctor after about 10 days of misery. He then gives out to me for leaving so long. Down to 5 mg with weekly injections.

I’m honestly so so fed up of feeling rotten all the time. All my vitamins are now optimal bar ferritin (which I’m working on) and I still feel no better. I was on 125mcg Levothyroxine and still felt symptomatic so switched to NDT. Anyone else react badly? I can’t even take 1/2 grain without feeling lightheaded
