Does Anyone Feel?
I take
Vitamin
D
and K2, methylated B complex, a seperate folate supplement as folate is often low, selenium. My B12 is very high due to shots. I eat a healthy plant based diet. I'm mostly gluten free and eat little dairy although my hypo isnt autoimmune.

Am I being stupid by delaying treatment for mild hyperthyroidism when I don't have any symptons?
As my
Vitamin
D
is low, another test for this is being requested together with a bone scan, as I have noticed my legs are bowing, my height is shortening, and I had a fall some years back resulting in a fractured wrist.

Update on the dreaded G.P appointment…
Just got back from my appointment with the G.p (Copied a bit of history from my last post for reference. ) Well…it was horrible, but to cut a long story short - he agreed on a small increase in levothyroxine from 50mcg to 75mcg. Although it was a long, arduous process, and he made me feel as if I was

Vitamin supplements
I currently take evening primrose capsules and
vitamin
D
tablets together late afternoon (primrose includes
vitamin
E). Is it better to separate these or to take with food? They both have added incipients. Should I be looking for natural vitamins instead?
