I’ve had my frozen embryo transfer today and I wanted to make I am taking right the vitamins. I have been taking multivitamins but not sure if I should continue with these or just take just folic acid? I will continue with vitamin d but not sure what else.
Should I be taking early pregnancy vitamins?
thanks 😊

Hi! My clinic told me to take pregnancy vitamins from the day of the transfer. They contain the relevant vitamins in much lower doses that are safe for baby compared to general multivitamins. They also don't contain vitamin A, which shouldn't be taken during pregnancy. Pregnancy vitamins normally contain the necessary amount of folic acid. Good luck with the FET!
Hi Chumps. I would just take a good quality pre/pregnancy multivitamin containing the correct amount of Folic Acid and Viitamin D. Eat pineapple to ensure free flowing blood and prevent any clots from forming. Keep busy. Good luck. Diane
