Update on my partner
Has prescribed folic acid and is keeping a regular check on his pottasium levels and is checking his
vitamin
d
and testing from crohns, hormone tests you name it. I think I scared them with my complaints but as long as my partner is getting help he needs thats all that matters.

Lupus re-diagnosis UCTD
My GP has been asked to prescribe high dose
Vitamin
D
which after 5 weeks will reduce but I have to remain on this supplement indefinitely. similarly folate is needed for 3 years then to be re-assessed. I am also told I am pre-diabetic and my GP should follow take the appropriate measures.

Any Help to break free of this rut I'm in??
I have tried adrenal supplements, iron supplements,
Vitamin
B's, Vit
D
with K2. I cannot get myself out of this funk, I honestly feel like I am just disappearing, fading away from life and it scares me. When I mention it to my Psych Nurse who I love it's like she isn't getting it.

Need advice on these blood test results - wondering if it might be hypo, but Dr's all say numbers are fine.
Pretty much everything else they tested was great, except
Vitamin
D
which I am usually low on because I avoid the sun (very fair skin and burn easily), so I take a D3 supplement.
