I posted yesterday about my private thyroid results and got some really great advice. Further to that, I was wondering if anyone could help me with iron and vitamin levels.
On the Thriva test, it said:
Vit D: 68.4 nmol/L (range 50 - 250)
Ferritin: 69.1 ug/L (range 30-150)
B12: 54.8 pmol/L (range 37.5 - 188)
Is there an optimal brand of vitamin D / iron to take for these levels and dosage?
I was given some good advice on the B12 with Jarrows being recommended for sublingual, not sure which B complex though.
Any help would be massively appreciated ☺️.

With serum B12 result below 500, (Or active B12 below 70) recommended to be taking a separate B12 supplement and a week later add a separate vitamin B Complex
Then once your serum B12 is over 500 (or Active B12 level has reached 70), you may be able to reduce then stop the B12 and just carry on with the B Complex.
If Vegetarian or vegan likely to need ongoing separate B12 few times a week
Igennus B complex popular option too. Nice small tablets. Most people only find they need one per day. But a few people find it’s not high enough dose
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg) and continue separate B12
Post discussing how biotin can affect test results
I have needed to raise my levels of all these vitamins and I have stomach issues/don't methylate well so I take Better You Vit D/K2 which is easily accessible on Amazon etc but for the others I have taken to using BioCare products which are British made and can be taken bespoke to your individual requirements. They have a B Complex, a Methyl B Complex and many, many other individual vitamins that come in dropper form which makes it really easy. I have low folate but I can't take folic acid as it makes me toxic. Plenty of alternatives on that site.
