stopping vitamins before tests
hi everyone, I can’t remember if I have to stop my
vitamin
b12 and
D
before doing my medichecks test - the one that tests for t3, t4, tsh, folate, b12, D, ferritin and inflammation. I’m taking the vitamins in spray form now so no biotin - is there any other reason I have to stop before testing?

T3.. Taken at 5am, blood test 11.30🤔
PTH, Calcium,
vitamin
D
. However she did request it on the form for which I had no knowledge of, if I'd known I'd have stated I'd taken 10mg at 5am. When the endo rang yesterday (I posted what was said) she noted I was over medicating myself as my T3 was (11.4) and my TSH was( 0.05)..

Alternative therapy recommendations
I've been a bit more erratic with the folic acid and
vitamin
D
the doc suggested, as I eat plenty of green veg and I've been out in the sun more. What alternative things have you found that help?

What vitamin supplements to take alongside B12 injections?
What strength of
vitamin
D
and iron do I need to take to maintain my levels once my prescription finishes? Finally, more out of curiosity than anything else...

Seeking help...
Turned out it was a
vitamin
D
deficiency. A
vitamin
D
scrip and supplements fixed the problem. 2018: Fell out of tub on to butt. Three weeks later I start getting pins/needles in the feet (intermittent). This went away on its own after a while. In both of those cases I have EXTREME anxiety.

Can of worms
I supplement with
vitamin
D
, B12, Magnesium,
vitamin
C and Omega 3. I am very petite at 5 foot one inch and weighing 47 kilos. Recently I had a blood test and all was fine apart from my GP almost having a heart attack regarding my suppressed TSH. She insisted I reduce my T4 by 25mcgs.
