Someone posted that some of us inject 2 to 3 times a day. I was going to comment some of us inject 4 times a day but never found that comment again. I personally did trials of 1.2,3,4 times a day. Hi Folks For over two years i have been searching for a diagnosis to my long held symptoms, hence my arrival here. I have been living with classic low thyroid symptoms for many years i fear. I am basically half dead half of the time, and mostly dead the rest. Anyways - above is a Nuffield

Waking feeling tense since change of B12
Wondering if I should change b12. Since switching to Pascoe hydroxo ampoules from Dr Myhill's hydroxo vial, when I wake in the morning my body is full of tension / tense energy. I feel like I want to have a round on a punch bag to release all the tension and agitation. Whilst my body is feeling this

Any expert eyes make any sense of these results
Hi I am writing to my GP today to ask for B12 injections to increase my levels to top 25% of range and support my clearly wonky thyroid activity. If anyone has any observations whatsoever regarding my blood results over the last 18 months I would be truly grateful ! I will attach results in next

Seeking advice....
Asking for a friend who recently discovered some liquid B12 in the fridge ! Metabolics - Methyl - and yes it has been opened. BB date was some time ago - oops ! Is it still safe to use ? - does it lose effectiveness ? I'm a shocker for ignoring dates but would hate to give bad advice to a friend.

Hi everyone, I haven't been on in a while, there was a big delay in getting my T3, postal service on strike, but thankfully it arrived. I won't received them until Christmas, my friend is coming to me for Christmas and is bringing them down to me when he comes. So I will be starting my T3 then. I know

Going the right way at last - take 2
Hello everyone I have just received my most recent set of results after a dose change about 10 weeks ago. I am now on 50mcg Levothyroxine and 25mcg Liothyronine. I take the T3 when I get out of bed (all in one hit) and the T4 before I get into bed. This is working for me, I feel better than I have

My Stuffy Head II
When I first read about people topping off/up in my ignorance believed that clearly they did not understand how B12 injections worked in the body. I came to marvel at the ability to 'just know'. With 2 mg every 4 hours during the day and injecting if I wake up in the night I am now one of the cool

Hasimotos and B12
My question revolves around
B12
. At diagnosis from GP tests - Serum
vitamin
B12
level 411 ng/L [187.0 - 883.0] Serum folate level 3.9 ug/L [2.7 - 15.0] I believe this to be total B12.

Links between vaping and B12 deficiency?
Just wondering if anyone has come across any information about vaping being linked to B12 deficiency? I know that there's an established link between the recreational use of nitrous oxide and severe neurological symptoms leading to a ban last month. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/nitrous-oxide-ban

Pattern of Improved Supplementation and Results of 5 day Trial
I label it “
B12
Vitamin
” on duct tape. I have also prepared an explanation for any authority or someone who believes they are in authority. I understand there is no authority that has any jurisdiction over my injecting vitamins.

Using up my B1 Thiamine.
I never got the hang of knowing when I used up my B12 as some experience. Likely as I was also B1 deficient. The only way to determine if you are B1 deficient is to do a trial. The blood test is useless. Functional Deficiency of a Vitamin may be nothing more than a work around for not understanding

Hypothesis II
My hypothesis is that the antibody that attacks the intrinsic factor and or parietal cell may also bind to B12 rendering it unusable at the cellular level. That the production of the antibody with regards to amount is unknown and different at different times for the individual and different for each
