My last post was regarding this but I don’t know what date that was.
Versandapo.de and Apohealth.de have been out of stock with the Panpharma B12 for a long time. I have given my email address to Versandapo and they said they will contact me when back in stock but it’s been a couple of months (since December I think). I keep checking regularly on both sites but they’re always out of stock.
I usually order and have only used the Panpharma injections. I have only 10 injections left.
Any advice on where I could get the Panpharma or whether I should use an alternative brand which someone can recommend which is as good and might be easier to get hold of.
Edit: I found my last post which says 2 months ago, so Versandapo have been out of stock for 2 months ! (That’s unusual)
Does anyone know if they discontinued the Panpharma ?
Thanks to all in advance.

I’m using Pascoe b12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin). now that Panpharma is unobtainable. More expensive than Panpharma , but 50% stronger . Much cheaper per box if you buy 10 .
Here’s the info
The following reliable German online pharmacies ( all registered with the German Health Authorities) will deliver B12 single use ampoules to the U.K.
versandapo.de ( in Munich) Site is in German .Use Google chrome for translation . This is usually the cheapest pharmacy ( in Leipzig) Site is obtainable in English ( Union flag , bottom left on my device ) Courier cost €9.99
apohealth.de( in Leipzig) Site obtainable in English . Union flag , bottom left on my device. .Also deliver world wide . Courier cost- €20.00 for 10 packets . Less for fewer .
apotheke-marienbrunn.de( in Leipzig) Yse Google Chrome for translation. Also deliver to Australia and New Zealand.
When filling out the address form , you will see that the country is already filled with Germany / Deutschland. You must first change that to your country by using the drop-down list , to — Grossbrittanien , UK. United Kingdom, Vereinigtes Königreich , however it is expressed. Do this so that your post-code and the rest of your address is accepted . Otherwise , you will be unable to order , and you will be tearing your hair out !
amazon.de also sell Pascoe and Hevert . But depending on the supplying pharmacy may or may not supply the U.K. You can’t use the pharmaceutical reference numbers to order .
The following brands are obtainable .
PANPHARMA ( formerly Rotexmedica )
1mg x 1ml ampoules - b12 depot (hydroxocobalomin) Pharmaceutical refefence number 16199653. This is the most popular ampoule used by members It us good value , but quite often out of stock . You can then opt to be emailed to be told when it is back in stock.
PASCOE B12 depot
1.5mg x 1ml ampoules Packet of 10-
reference number - 075686672
1.5mg x 1ml ampoules. 10 x 10 packets — 100 ampoules refefence number 07568695
The Pascoe are much cheaper per packet if you buy the offer of 10 packets . If you inject weekly or more 10 packets would cover you. But if you inject less frequently, the ampoules may become out of date .
HEVERT B12 depot 1mg x 2ml ampoules 1 packet of 10 reference number 06078368
Use the pharmaceutical reference numbers to order from the pharmacies . ( but not from amazon.de )
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING
Now the UK has left the EU, there is a limit to the value of goods that we are allowed to import from the EU , before tax is due. Tax is applicable if the value exceeds £135 ( roughly €158.00 ) Value does include delivery cost ! But please look everything up , because things might change . On top of that, Royal Mail charge £8.00 for processing it. .I’m not sure how much the tax is - so look it up please. A member was quite shocked at what she had to pay when she exceeded the limit . I believe that even the cost of delivery is included in the total . It was when I ordered something from the USA .
I will look into that as panic mode is setting in with only 10 injections left.
Versandapo is trying to be clever by saying Panpharma is out of stock for 2 months and are giving us no alternative but to buy the Pascoe brand which is £20.99 for a pack of 10. I remember my last order with Versandapo for Panpharma was £80 something in total for 10 x10 packs, 100 injections.
If you buy the 10 pack of Pascoe b12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) a single pack is then 1/2 price compared to buying one pack . You need to find it buy using its Pharmaceutical reference number . It’s always difficult to find otherwise . The useby date is usually over 2 years . Ref no 07568695 . Depends how often you inject if those are useful to you. (If you had a pernicious Anaemia friend you could share ) .
I bought a box of 100 Pascoe B12 Depot -1.5mg x 1ml from apohealth recently and it arrived 2 days later. It expires 06/2026. Price has increased every time I've bought it during the past year and they now charge postage, so it was approx £112.
I was recently sent Panpharma from Apohealth.de. When I looked I couldn't find what I were looking for so I went to my previous orders and was able to reorder them from there! The order arrived within a few days.
Yes , but was it Panpharma DEPOT? If it wasn’t B12 DEPOT it was Cynocobalamin, which has never been out of stock . Or perhaps you just got lucky , and they found some hidden away ?!
No , It has not been discontinued. I emailed Panpharma in Germany , but got an answer from Panoharma in U.K. . They are very short of raw materials . It is the most popular B12,depot ( Hydroxocobalamin ) on the German market because it is the best value in 1mg x 1ml ampoules . Which is the most popular format , Panpharma B12,( Cynocobalamin) is readily available . You could try that instead , unless you have an eye condition called Lebers ( very rare condition ) Cynocobalamin is the B12 of choice in USA .
This Panpharma b12,Depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) dearth has happened before , and eventually became available again . They also supply hospitals and clinics .
I do know that Panpharma B12 Depot is the most widely used ampoule on this forum . I assume it is in the whole of the EU also .
It will be back eventually,
In the meantime I use Pascoe B12,depot ., which is 1.5 mg x 1 ml
More expensive per packet than Panpharma , but cheaper per packet if you buy the pack of 10’.
I always used to use Panpharma B12 depot, but found that it was always out of stock whenever I came to purchase (which was always within the first 3 months of the year). So last year I took advice from here and purchased the Pascoe brand. Yes it is more expensive but I prefer it, and it is now my brand of choice. It doesn't sting, and it contains more B12. I was doing really well on Panpharma, but have improved further with Pascoe. I ordered from Apohealth recently. I bought the box of 100 and, including delivery, it came to around £110. You can also pay via PayPal which often means you can pay in 3 monthly instalments if that is better for you. Good luck x
