Prednisolone and breathlessness
This started initially back in August and her bloods showed she was deficient in
vitamin
b12
and started on course of injections. It did seem to improve her breathlessness and definitely helped her light headedness for a bit.

Vitamin C and B12
Despite weekly injections of b12 my blood results show that I am only mid range and I am still symptomatic. I take codeine for arthritic pain and with this I take about 4000 mg of vitamin C to alleviate constipation. Is the vit C helping rid my body of B12 and if so can I just increase my injections

Really lost - doctor advised me to stop injecting and now B12 keeps going down
In Feb 2019 I was diagnosed as having "
Vitamin
B12
deficiency anemia due to intrinsic factor deficiency." At the time I was 35. My doctor did not say "Pernicious Anemia" but after doing some research it seemed that that was the appropriate diagnosis.

Medscape article on RLS
Secondary RLS can also be associated with
vitamin
B12
and folate deficiency, as well as excess caffeine, alcohol, and chocolate intake. How do we manage RLS in primary care? We need to identify and correct secondary causes of RLS where possible, as I've just discussed.

Feeling really low at the minute. Sorry this is a long one but just want to write it all down.
My only concern with them was they refused to check vitamins and could never get appointment was
vitamin
B12
Folate and Vit D which were all low and I was self medicating these to be optimal and my TSH needed to be between 0.2 and 2 it was 5 at old GP I feel good some days and not so good others.
