GP blood test for B12 - but should other tests be done too ?
I’m not sure this really sounds like a
vitamin
deficiency
? I’ve had recent
B12
results which appear fine B12 514. ( 180 - 999 ) Active B12 73.5 (37.5 - 188.0) Even so, given the symptoms, I asked my GP to check for PA. She will happily do B12 again.

Not many embryos - should I undergo reproductive immunology testing?
I also have a slight
vitamin

deficiency
because of the meds I take for arthritis. I also have mild adenomyosis, suspected endo and polycystic ovaries (but not PCOS). I have also battled with recurrent BV and ureaplasma in my vaginal microbiome.

How long do reserves last?
I stopped self injecting Dec2021 as my level was way over the top score in my blood test. I was OK until the last few months. Does this mean my reserves are used up, as I have been sleeping 12 hours a night and my feet have got more numb. My level was OK last year. I haven't been tested for B12 since

B12 how much and how often
I’ve been struggling with PA for 2 and 1/2 years. No one would listen. Finally from Israel I was advised to get the Intrinsic Factor Antibody Blood Test and the Parietal Cell Antibody Blood Test. Pernicious Anemia. I have to take a shot of Methylcobalamin daily. The Israelis recommend taking a shot

Tennis elbow and carpal tunnel
My hands ache, and especially a couple of fingers on my right hand can be very painful. My right elbow is also painful. The g.p. said it's carpal tunnel although she didn't examine me. However, the rheumatologist says that's incorrect and I have tennis elbow. He did actually examine me. I'm wondering

Filling the syringe
I did my first 8 subcutaneous b12 injections as I was shown by the doctor. Since then the nurse at my g.p. surgery has been doing my injections every 2 weeks as prescribed. (She offered me the choice of continuing to do it myself or she would do it.)The consultant had told me if I wanted to give myself

Worse anxiety after B12 injections
I've been on B12 injections for 2 weeks and I'm sure it's made my anxiety and panic worse. I'm now in a constant state of panic and it's absolutely deliberating.
