hello Everyone,

today has started out with good energy and little symptoms but in the past couple of hours my low back and digestive nerves are going through wake up symptoms, kind of scary today since this has started again but I know it is just the nerves healing. so I have been just going to lay down more until it goes away. I know those nerves are connected to my stomach and intestines. has anyone experienced these nerves waking up in your low back. I've been reading the good success stories this morning. it helps me a lot. I'm in almost 2 months now of EOD injections.

thank you,

Rosina

thank you Narwhal10 and Nackapan,

yes I have to keep saying these vitamins make me feel awful today but just keep pushing through. I have to keep reading all the success stories, and just keep resting today and do little things.

thank you for your support!

not sure if it’s helpful but think I am going through the same with my bladder and feel your pain. It’s really horrible being so uncomfortable all the time.

I had the same thing after a couple of mths of B12 treatment my lower back pain just kicked in while I was washing up one morning with no explanation of where it came from , by mid afternoon I was at the hospital in so much pain that I spent 2 days having tests etc which all came to nothing. Thankfully things got better over the next weeks , like you I told myself it was the nerves heeling as no other explanation has been found. I found I got worse before starting to get better but I hope you feel better soon keep going and try to stay on your feet some of the time you dont want to seize up😬😅Best wishes

That’s interesting to hear, twice recently I’ve had problems with my back. Once in my neck and shoulders about 3 weeks ago, and then a couple of days ago my lower back ‘went’. So painful and just recovering, but still very stiff and taking it easy.

hi there, I’m at the same stage as you I think. Eight weeks into SI B12 EOD. I am finding the back pain and fatigue to be worse than ever before. And in fact today I didn’t get out of bed until 12 noon. Which is most unlike me, I’m not a great morning person, but staying in bed until lunchtime is not something I do! I was just so tired this morning.

Also like you my back pains seem to affect my stomach and intestines. I have some degeneration of my lower spine and it impinges on the nerves that come round to my abdomen. It also causes bloating sometimes, which I put down to inflammation caused by the painful nerves.

I keep reading the good news, so I don’t get disheartened. I was quite low yesterday and I was scared that I am never going to get better. I just want to be able to do normal things within getting exhausted and in pain. 😔
