Low free T3, T4, rT3 - advice needed please?
Hi, please could someone offer some advice on how I can improve my T3, T4 rT3? I was suffering from a virus (not Covid) over the summer and since then my white blood count (immune system) has been low but is starting to build back to again slowly. I also didn’t have a period for 5 months in that time

Eye tonic tea
Hello I thought others on here might like to make the following eye tonic tea just to keep as healthy as possible over the winter months. Personally, I am taking it to combat dry eyes issues. It's good for the immune system too: 1 tablespoon dried bilberries (wild blueberries) 1 tablespoon dried

Stressed immune system and skin eruptions
Has anybody here had very itchy patches that just will not heal? I've seen two different dermatologists and an allergist and been on several meds and three different topical creams/salves and the only thing that has really taken the itching away is being on a high dose of steroid for several days,

Balanitis for 3 months
I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection / Balanitis for the past 3 months 1/2. It started when I had smegma underneath my foreskin built up that caused redness. I was prescribed Ketoconazole and Desitin which got rid of the infection in 3 weeks. I was dealing with a bit of tip issues towards the end

Adenomyosis and IVF
After two years of fibriod removal, I have been diagnosed adenomyosis this year June, 2020. A 3 month prostap injection was given because of the pain. I planned for an IVF treatment with donor eggs to commence this year. Please can someone tell me if I can achieve the IVF treatment this year?

Tight foreskin in older men - Phimosis
I am confronted with a tight foreskin that start to bother me about 3-4 months ago. I always had a sensitive foreskin and sometimes I am getting fungal infection that usually goes away with antifungal cream (clotrimazole) or coconut oil. In fact in latest years I completely replace antifungal cream

Vitamins?
Hi fountains of much acquired wisdom, My RA is fairly stable at the moment and I am only on 10mg Methotrexate Weekly. A podiatrist recently commented on my very thin toe nails and recommended Vitamin B. I looked into it and others say Vitamin C. I take a Vitamin D every day and mega fish oil pills
