I've been on zoladex now 6 months prior to that I was on prostap for a year but coz I was bleeding every month they said zoladex would be better for me..
But since I've been on zoladex I've bled every 12 days and this last month I'm bleeding like every 4 days.. pain is unbearable as you an imagine.
I just wanted to know if theres anyone else out there who experienced frequent bleeding whilst on zoladex.

You should only be on these medications for a max of 6 months and only once as they are not licensed for longer for endo. They are given for pain relief and clearly aren't working anyway. They aren't effective for everyone especially with more severe endo so it seems time for a review. Have you had a lap and are you under a specialist?
Apparently the licence has changed to 2 years, as I've questioned this already about the length of time I been on these injections, I had a lap in dec 2018 and found stage 4 endo, its affected a large portion of my bowels and have two cysts on each ovary, and i am under a specialist, i do have an appointment in 2 weeks to review what I'm going through and a transvaginal scan to check for anything else, still waiting on surgery.. to say I'm struggling would be an understatement.. thank u for ur reply hun x
Could you send me the link to the confirmation that the license has changes as this isn't reflected in the NICE BNF which is reviewed monthly. The current BNF runs from Sept 20 to March 21 and is here:
