I am on 6mg progynova and suprecur nasal spray 4 times a day, I have started getting mild cramping, i had a scan on Tuesday and they said my lining wasn’t thick enough so I have been trying other natural things to thicken it up like POM juice, Brazil nuts, raspberry leaf tea and I have got castor oil to do the castor oil pack..
