Tips for fatigue and nausea

I’ve recently started prostap injections and HRT, one or both of them are making me feel really nauseous and I’ve felt shattered since a few days after the prostap injection. I’m completely knackered by mid afternoon and I could easily sleep by 8pm!

Any tips to make me less fatigued, boost energy and help with nausea? I have spatone iron water currently.

I’ve tried ginger biscuits / tea but I need to step away from the biccies before I have another problem!

I’ve been on zoladex injections which are very similar to Prostap for 19 months now) and have been on Prostap in the past) & really struggle with the nausea and fatigue too - metaclopromide tablets are a god send and ginger tea and ginger biscuits help too. The fatigue is tough, I tend to feel much less sick in the evenings thankfully but I’m just shattered by then. It had stopped all of my endo pain so was totally worth the side effects though.

I’m just so tired, it’s mad. Pregnancy and newborn baby tiredness has nothing on this.. I was with my sister who has a newborn and we were both falling asleep into our coffee 😅

Thanks for the nausea advice, I’m going to see this week which is the worst and then see what the GP can do for me x
