Taking cold liver oil tablets

Hi.is it ok to take cod liver oil tablets while on pred.i am 9mg.been getting these pains in my shoulders and up the back off my head is it to do with tablets or not.would like some advice please.thank you.

Impossible to say - shoulder muscle tension can also cause shoulder pain that traps local nerves and causes pain into the neck. For me, my first suspicion would be myofascial pain syndrome causing the tight muscles. But if you can see the doctor you probably should.
