In March I was told I was to go into isolation, I expected as much, not a healthy bunny! But to be told Diabetes 2 and medication subscribed thereof!

I live on my own so no real advice! I have formed my own diet, breakfast; actimel to wash down Metformin 500mg pill, cereal [usually bran, nuts, oats, wholegrain, granola, etc, no sugar, dried fruit] semi-skimmed milk, topped with fresh fruit, usually banana, ok I have a coffee capsule, in afternoon, any snacks, usually easy peel orange, evening meal; fresh meat, chicken, fish, grilled, [sardine burger, in wholemeal roll] fresh vegs, boiled potatoes followed by dessert? plain ice cream, and assorted fresh fruit, maybe an actimel for a mixer. During this meal another Metformin 500mg and cod liver oil capsule, all washed down with Still water, this is what I have been stuck on since then, apart from ice cream and the coffee should be okay?
